1. Personal data

In general, you can visit the https://data-intermediation.eu/ website without having to provide any personal information about yourself. You are under no obligation to provide this information to the Association pour l’Intermédiation de Données – AID. The collection of personal data is based solely on your explicit consent (i.e. free, informed, unambiguous and specific) when you complete the contact forms (see 2. Nature of information requested and 3. Purpose of processing). If you do not give your explicit consent to the communication of personal data, your request cannot be processed.

In order to protect the personal data of visitors to the https://data-intermediation.eu/ website, AID only collects data that is strictly necessary for the provision of its services.

We collect information on the https://realise.asso.fr/ site only if you contact us using the various forms on our site:

Form 1 – In the menu: CONTACT – “Join Us” section. The following data may be collected:

  • Your name
  • Your first name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone
  • Subject of your message
  • Your message

Only the last name, first name, email address and message must be entered in order for your request to be processed.

The information collected is used to reply to you or contact you regarding your request for information.

4. Shelf life

AID keeps your personal information only for as long as is necessary to process your request.

Once the required period has elapsed, we undertake to delete the data collected from our databases.

5. Confidentiality when you visit our site.

AID is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.

The only recipients of the data collected are those employees who need access to personal information in order for you to obtain the information or service you require.

Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to a third party for any reason whatsoever.

We do not carry out any profiling or targeting operations for marketing purposes with the data you provide.

6. Protection and security of information

Only people involved in the contact request management process can access a person’s information (Form 1 – In the menu: CONTACT – “Join us” section).

The computers used to contact you are kept in a secure environment.

Data collected directly (application and request for information) is stored in AID’s internal registers in France.

The data collected automatically (Matomo) is stored in Europe.

7. Rights of consultation, modification, deletion and withdrawal

You may access all the information concerning you at any time and obtain a copy (a fee not exceeding the cost of reproduction may be charged).

You may request that your data be corrected, supplemented or updated at any time.

You may ask AID to delete your personal data at any time, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for doing so.

You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.

Proof of identity must be attached to all requests to exercise rights.
